🕐 Order Processing
Once you place an order, our team starts processing it within 24 hours. Standard items are dispatched within an estimated 3–5 business days after confirmation. Embroidered suits need a bit more care, so please allow an estimated 5–9 business days after confirmation for processing, to make sure every detail is finished perfectly.
If you need your order urgently, contact us before ordering, and we'll do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible.
Our order processing hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
🚚 Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options, based on delivery speed:
- Express Shipping — Estimated delivery within 5 to 7 business days after dispatch
- Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery within 8 to 12 business days after dispatch

Duty Paid Shipping — Estimated delivery within 10 to 14 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping — Available on orders over $199, with an estimated delivery of 9 to 11 business days after dispatch

⚠️ Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may go through customs clearance on arrival, which is completely outside our control. Please note:
- Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility
- These charges are not included in your product price or shipping cost
- Customs timelines vary by country and can't be guaranteed
If your shipment faces a customs delay, we'll notify you and support you through the process wherever we can.
Note: Occasional delays may also happen due to customs inspections, bad weather, carrier-related disruptions, or ongoing global issues like regional conflicts and geopolitical situations.
📦 Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we can't deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses. Please make sure you provide a complete and accurate street address, including your house/building number and full street name, to avoid delays.
⚠ Delivery timelines are estimates. Orders are usually delivered within the given timeframe. Please note that delays caused by transit or customs don't qualify for cancellation, return, or refund once an order has been dispatched.
